INK is a starter stage in Indie Pogo. It comes from the eponymous game INK, made by ZackBellGames.[1]

Stage Origin[]

INK is a fast-paced platformer about using colorful paint to uncover the player's surroundings. Every level is composed of a goal to reach. However, the terrain is invisible, so the player needs to discover the terrain by physically bumping into it, by performing a double jump or by, well, dying.

The stage INK functions similarly, except dying doesn't ink the terrain.

Hazards[]

At the start of the match, the terrain is invisible. When air jumping or using parkour, ink will apply on the ground.

Trivia[]

  • As of Patch 1.0.8.0, the stage was made to be visible from the start when Stage hazards are off.
  • Before Patch 1.1.4.0, INK needed to be purchased from the shop for 325 Coins. Since this patch, it has became available from the start, just like it's fighter for Arcade Mode: Lilac.
  • Contrary to popular belief, this stage has a set layout and isn't randomized.
