Gunvolt is a character owned by Inti Creates and is one of the six upcoming DLC characters. He comes from Azure Striker Gunvolt series.[1]

Character Origin
Gunvolt is from Azure Striker Gunvolt, a side scrolling action platforming game akin to Mega Man Zero series. In it, you play as Gunvolt, a Adept with the Azure Striker septima. With it, he gains the power of electrokinesis, or the ability to control various electric based attacks. - Oddly enough, he dons the uniform worn in Azure Striker Gunvolt and the 8-bit sidegame Mighty Gunvolt. Most cameos that he appeared in have him in his outfit from the second game, including Mighty Gunvolt Burst (sequel to the aforementioned noncanon sidegame).
- The only cameos featuring his uniform from the first game is his appearance in Runbow.
