Patch 3.0.0.0 is a major content update for Indie Pogo. It introduces 2 new characters, a new stage, stage variants & many changes to balance, alongside various bug fixes.

Universal Changes
Air Dodge
Added 5 frames of vulnerability at the end of dodge right before players enter helpless state.
Added 5 frames of startup to all dodges.
Jumpsquat slightly extended after landing in Helpless state.
Parkour
Added a couple frames of startup to Rolling Leaps and Wall Jumps.
All Rolling Leap/Wall Jump hitboxes have been changed from boxes to ellipses.
Super Armor
Added I-Frames between hits on Super Armor. Flinch hits have a shorter I-Frame duration. This should prevent instances where characters take unintended bursts of damage while Armor is active.
Now breaks after a limited number of hits. Damage does not determine when Armor breaks.
Blockman
Up Melee
Damage reduced from 6 to 5.
Startup slightly increased.
Grounded Charge | Double Uppercut
Changed the hitbox shape from a rectangle to an ellipse.
Lowered minimum damage from 5 to 4.
Neutral Special | Tetro Twist
Blockman can now interact with his own blocks, as well as Crow's bombs, CV's Beat, and Diogenes' Hammer Throw.
Fixed a bug that caused grabbed players/projectiles to stay in place if this move was interrupted.
Down Special | Piledriver
Fixed a bug that prevented Blockman from kicking blocks if this move was used too high up.
Bullet Kin
Dodge Roll
Fixed a bug that allowed players to Dodge Roll at a faster rate than intended.
Chests
Glass Guon Stone pickups now give the collector 3 Guon Stones instead of 1.
Magnum
Reload buff damage reduced from 4 to 3.
Poxcannon
Increased wind knockback.
Phoenix
Now deals 1 damage on initial impact.
No longer contributes to Pogo.

Can now only be used once per jump.

Diogenes
Pot Nap
Diogenes can no longer negate damage from Throws or SUPERs using Pot Nap.
After a Throw, Diogenes can no longer enter Pot Nap until he collides with terrain, transitions into tumble, gets hit again, or dies.
Fixed a bug that allowed Diogenes to negate damage when using a move after leaving Pot Nap state.
Up Melee
Upward damage reduced from 4 to 3.
Can no longer destroy Penelope's Vampire Mines.
Side Melee
Sweetspot damage reduced from 7 to 6.
Can no longer destroy Penelope's Vampire Mines.
Pinned state can now be cancelled by pressing down on the control stick.
Down Melee
Can no longer destroy Penelope's Vampire Mines.

Fixed an audio-related bug that would trigger a sharp, loud sound upon use.

Diogenes can no longer use Rolling Leap if his hammer is on cooldown.
Diogenes can no longer use Up Special if his hammer is on cooldown.
Fixed a bug that allowed Diogenes to cancel hammer cooldown by jumping on an opponent's head.
Down Special | Waft Wallop
Fixed a bug that messed up characters' gravity if they were interrupted by this move's windbox while using certain attacks.
Fixed a bug that allowed this move's windbox to nullify Orcane's puddle.
Damage reduced from 8 to 7.
No longer resets landing flag if Diogenes touches the ground while using this move.
SUPER | Bucket Rope
Fixed a bug that caused Diogenes' bucket to disappear upon death.
Fishy
Neutral Special | Cannonball Shot
Fishy can now change the direction that the projectile is fired, similarly to CV's Side Special.
Side Special | Fishbowl Cannon
Fishy can now dodge cancel after launching out of the cannon.
No longer grants Super Armor.
Down Special | Friendship Tether
Fishy now has more horizontal control while throwing the box projectile.
Projectile now briefly stuns victims upon hit.
Fishy can now use the second half of this move without having to land.
Fishy now has slight gravity during this move's startup.
SUPER | Shütshimi
Grants up to 4 Fishlets upon use.
Active Fishlets will now automatically fire smaller shots that deal 1 damage, independent from Fishy's cannonball cooldown.
Water bullet delay decreased after launching a spikeball.
Water bullets now disappear upon contact with a blast zone, rather than having a set lifetime.
Jack
Side Special | Sickle / Pollen Boomerang
Pollen Boomerang hitbox size increased.
Lilac
Grounded Charge | Dragon Star
Side Special is no longer empowered by Dragon Star, and thus does not consume it anymore.
Neutral Special | Cyclone
Hitbox size slowly increases by 20% over the course of the attack (previous hitbox size is now the current minimum size) .
Side Special | Blink Dash
Damage increased from 4 to 5.
Up Special | Dragon Boost / Boost Breaker
Lilac's hurtbox now properly aligns to the direction she is dashing.
Changed hitbox shape from a rectangle to an ellipse.
Down Special | Dragon Kick
Fixed a bug that caused Lilac's sprite to always face to the left when landing after a stomp.
Orcane
Parkour
If Orcane rolls over a puddle, he will now create a new puddle in the location where his roll ends, whether it be from a roll cancel, a Rolling Leap, etc.
Up Melee
Orcane charges up and shoots a pillar of water above him, reminiscent of his Up Aerial from Rivals of Aether.
Side Melee
Orcane quickly swipes his tail in a forward arc, reminiscent of his Back Aerial from Rivals of Aether.
Down Melee
Orcane spins in place, hitting enemies multiple times and setting up for combos. Reminiscent of his Down Aerial from Rivals of Aether.
Neutral Special | Downward Droplet
Increased the height of the bubble hitbox when Orcane detonates an active puddle. or creates one with Down Special.
Detonation distance and duration on active Droplet projectiles increased.
Now spikes wet victims downwards upon use.
Bubbles can no longer drop enemies below 1HP, similar to Zorbie's Gas.
Down Special | Bubble Dive / Butt Bash
Bubbles no longer drop enemies below 1HP, similar to Zorbie's Gas.
Puddle Roll
Now does not consume the puddle, and instead drops it at the ending location.
Penelope
Grounded Charge | Bullet Spray
Penelope's aim now correctly adjusts to where the player is aiming when she starts shooting.
Down Special | Harpoon
Fixed a visual bug that caused Penelope's hook to draw a Blockman sprite at the tip if used on Crow.
Shovel Knight
Shovel Drop
Hitbox is no longer active when Shovel Knight travels upwards with this move.
Side Melee
Can now reflect Bullet Kin's RC Rocket projectiles.
Up Melee
Changed the hitbox shape from a rectangle to an ellipse.
Neutral Special | Flare Rod
Shovel Knight can now change the direction that the projectile is fired, similarly to CV's Side Special.
Damage increased from 1 to 2.
Now has a cooldown indicator that shows when the move is ready to be used again.
Down Special | Fishing Rod
Fixed a bug that caused Shovel Knight's calling reel state to setup multiple times.
Fixed a bug that prevented Shovel Knight from using Parkour if he died while his lure was cast.
SUPER | War Horn
Shovel Knight is no longer invincible during this move's duration.
Fixed a bug that prevented Shovel Knight's gravity from resetting if his SUPER was interrupted by the windbox from Diogenes' Down Special.

Fixed a bug that caused Velocispider to fire 2 shots if they released a Charge Shot right before Pogo'ing an opponent.
Velocispider's Pogo hitbox now disappears after turning past a certain point.
Viridian

Fixed a bug with Viridian's jumpsquat while upside down.
Changed Viridian's crouch sprite while in move state.
Neutral / Side Special | Orbit
Fixed a bug that caused this move's hitbox to stay active while Viridian lands.
Up Special | Warp
Viridian can no longer spawn a new Warp portal if one is already active.

Melee Master: Hit each enemy with Up, Side, and Down Melee in one match.
Special Striker: Hit each enemy with Up, Side, Neutral & Down Special.
Burning Sensation - Light an enemy on fire.
Well-Rounded - Use all Specials, GC and Melees at least once.
Pacifist - End a match without damaging an opponent.
