Block World consists of 1 main platform, with 2 mini platforms floating above it, and 1 more mini platform to the right, sometimes just under the camera. There is a ceiling above the main platform and it stretches to the right.
Stage hazards.
Where the stage stretches to the right, it features spikes that do 12 damage and usually bounces you straight to the bottom of the stage, where you get knocked out.
