Randy Ronin is a character owned by Afterlight Collective, Inc and makes a cameo in Indie Pogo. He comes from the game Samurai Blitz.[1]
Randy is one of the only cameos to appear within the menus of the game, appearing in the shop area alongside Flappy Fighter and Tamako.

Randy Ronin comes from the game Samurai Blitz, where the player slashes n' dashes their way through an endless, action-packed, arcade style adventure. The shop area in Indie Pogo is heavily based on the shop from this game, hence why he appears there.
