Ref is a character owned by Colin Lane and Folmer Kelly and makes a cameo in Indie Pogo. He appears in the game Expert Wrassling.[1]

Character Origin
Ref comes from the 2 player game Expert Wrassling, where the goal is to throw the opponent out of the ring to progress and fight tougher enemies and even bosses. As such, he has a habit of reading Indie Pogo fighters to filth when they lose:
